Fact: the summer has come to an end. Proof: I am in school. Therefore, this page is more or less dead and has been dead for a while. But that doesn't mean that this has to go out on a sour note. No. It will go out with style. Just like Pavement's albumb 'So much style it's wasted,' this page will go out riding into the sunset. Therefore, one thing is absolutely inevitable- a hall of fame page dedicated to the best pages. Whenever the year ends, there is always some video collaboration of the 'greatest hits' or whatever crap. But nobody watches those because you know it's gonna suck hardcore. They put all of that politically correct junk on there that isn't really a greatest hit. Daniel knows that I listen to jock jams, and jock jams only. My greatest value in living is probably the ability to immediately identify a jock jam. Consider this a page full of jock jams. But I can't make it now. I have to take the GRE in about 2 hours. I'm going to work on this page of wonder so check back. I'll identify the top pages worth visiting, even though every page is worth visiting. These will be some of my favorites- pages that I find to be extra funny or awesomish. Any suggestions from anybody?

Wednesday: Benched 240 then spent the night over at Muz's house because he had been gone for 3 weeks. Fun always ensues.

Thursday: Hurricane Harbor with Muz, Heather, and Kim. Hilights include meeting a 12 year old kid that carries flavored condoms in his wallet, having a male life guard possibly hitting on me (?), and a sunburn by the end of the day. The day was incredibly fun and eventful yet I have no pictures to show for the day. Therefore I will refrain from making a page even though it is undoubtedly pageworthy. Maybe too pageworthy. Afterwards, we met back up at my place and John came over for a rock and roll music show. We played 4 songs for the crowd of 3. Luckily, they didn't run us out of my room. Then everyone had things to do and we quickly disbanded in haste.

Friday: Wake up early for a blood test at 7:30 AM. The first attempt at drawing blood failed about halfway through. Then she tries my other arm but apparently I'm out of blood. Then she changes to a smaller needle and the 3rd try works like magic and she gets her blood out of me. Only 3 tries! At least it didn't hurt and needles/blood don't bother me. Otherwise I'd probably be dead instead of typing words. Then I recorded 3 songs with John and get the levels set for transfer onto the computer. Other stuff happened later on in the day also.

Muz is coming back soon, and I am glad. We get a few days of chill time before heading back for some school time. Looking forward to this year. Very much. Can't wait. Less than 2 weeks and we'll be owning the town once again. The countdown the the GRE also gets closer. Let's do it to it already. The plans have Hurricane Harbor on Thursday. That will be ballerific. Plus hanging out with Muz/Heather/Kim is always ballerific. To this day, my name is still mentioned the most in every single one of Kim's LJ posts. That makes me ballerific. And now the word is going to be retired for a long time.

The weekend job is over, I am now free. My 2 or 3 weeks of continuous labor has come to an end. Now I may focus on everything else around me. Any ideas on what I should get for the room?

Thursday was my last day of the week job. 2 weeks came and went, all good stuff. It sort of sucks that I'm not going to be working there anymore because I got a lot of studying done. I'm not sure if I'll get as much done now that I have freedom. The pod got me through many daydreams and zoneouts. It is good.

3 more days left until I am done with the week job. I'm keeping the weekend job until I got back though. Working this Friday and Saturday for sure and maybe Sunday. At least the streak has a maximum of only 7 days this time. After that, maybe 3 days. I'm working on the Kim and Heather fan page, and it will be up in good time. I had Kimbo's page up fast but I'm putting up the waterpark page tonite because it's been on hold for a little while. I'll have the fan page up this week some time. You know what's cool? Getting accessories for the pod on ebay. Yes, I am accessorizing, and yes I do enjoy it. 240 is the number to remember. You'll be hearing about that some time soon ok.

Day off cuts the streak off at 10. Got 9 hours of sleep last night, feels refreshing. Actually slept in too. Got home from Kim's house around 3 then slept until nearly noon. Time to make some guitar music for the first time since starting work. That should be good.

I think I have to make a fan page for Heather and Kim. They have done works worthy of the same level of praise I have given Kimbo. They've actually done more come to think of it. Yeah I'll start working on that some time. Just wait for the page and you'll see that the page is well deserved.

Wowie. The FedEx people came today with my pod but nobody was home. So they're coming tomorrow when somebody is home. I'm glad I didn't put money down on an arrival date. I would've lost. That is absolutely amazing. It was ordered late at night on the 26th, left Shanghai on the 27th, and was brought to my house on the 28th. Mad props to all parties involved. Guess I'll be listening to it next week whike at work. I'm starting to get bored more and more quickly. I memorized my 60 words before lunch today. The job is awesome. The work is easy and the pay is good- especially when I'm getting payed to study. I never thought it was possible. The only thing that sucks is the drive. At least it goes by quickly and I can collect my thoughts.

Tonight I'm hanging out with Anthony and C-los. Haven't seen C-los at all this summer. We'll see what fun ensues. Friday night I'm hanging out with Logan. About a week ago he had to have emergency surgery in the middle of the night- his appendix is now no longer inside of his body. He's doing well though and not in much pain. Saturday night looks to be hangout time with 2/3 of the PPG.

If you read Kimbo's fan page, please send her an email or something. I talked to her while I was on lunch, and she was sad because no one had emailed her. She said that if she had read a page like that, she would email that person. So do some good today and email her.

Sweet, found out my last day of work is going to be next Thursday. Perfect timing. Gives me enough time to record and study. Maybe even play some songs for some friends, we'll see how things get worked out. I think I will have worked 14 out of 15 consecutive days. It really isn't that bad though because the work isn't stressful and the money is nice. The pod is coming on Monday according to shipping estimates. We'll see how close they are- start placing your bets now.

I'll get the page up about my little cousins sometime in the next 2 or 3 days. Then I have to get Heather's page up. I might get this Sunday off! If not, it'll keep my streak alive all the way to 15 consecutive days of work. Today I memorized another 60 words while working. Plus the manager was super nice to me all day. I need to sleep more.

I have to make a page for Kim, but not the Kim that is mentioned throughout the page. We'll call this Kim by a different name, Kimbo for clarification purposes. Read the page for an explanation as to why I created the page for her. It was a good deal in my opinion.

Today was a great day at work. I'm bringing words to study for the GRE every day. I knocked about 65 words out today as I worked. My iPod got shipped today. I'm going to refer to it as my 'pod' from now on because I don't feel like capitalizing in the middle of a word anymore. I'm not too big on that funny business really.

My buddy Zack, from way back since the 5th grade, is da man. He's got an internship with Apple and is out in California for the summer. I got to lunch with him before he left, and I talk to him every now and then. Due to his internship, he gets some discounts on Apple stuff. Therefore I'm getting an iPod mini shipped to my house at a reasonable price. It should be arriving soon. I am excited. The world is exciting. Should be here in a weekish.

Ahhh work is so awesome. Little is done but dollars are made, and plenty of dollars are made. I'm bringing lists of words to memorize while I work because nobody really checks on me and I don't do anything. Cuts down on the outside study time. Now I need to figure out a way to get more sleep because I wake up at 6 because traffic blows. I'm thinking about closing my eyes and training myself to flip pages as I sleep in an upright position. I bet I can kill an hour before and after lunch with a technique like that. Then another hour studying before and after lunch. So I guess I can do 2 hours of actual work before and after lunch if I'm not too tired.

Worked at the second job this weekend and got some hours. Little time to sleep these days and I need to start recording songs with John soon. The water park was good fun with Heather and Kim. The park itself sucked. The lazy river was pretty short and unfun, the wave pool was very shallow and not very wavy. There were a few slides but they weren't remarkable. I lost our locker key going down one slide. Heather and Kim found it without telling me until the last minute while I was crying. Then they showed me the key and I started crying harder because I was deceived. Kim acted like she was mad at me and wouldn't talk to me for a few minutes. I wouldn't talk to her the entire way back to my place so I ended up winning. Heather gave me one of those wooden things that you open up to find a smaller wooden thing, etc. from Russia. It's dope and I'm bringing it back to school. Oh and I got a phat chair sort of thing from work today. I'm bringing that to school also because it is cool. And my boss said I could have it. It was cool even before I took it home.

So I got 2 jobs now. Started the first one on Thursday. It's a desk job filing stuff and doing paperwork. It's great. I do nothing. Literally nothing because my boss is too busy to check up on me and assign tasks. So I pace myself and work slowly. I spend long amounts of time shuffling through the same papers while thinking about completely unrelated things. Today I made an extensive list of things to take back to school during work. I work around these two guys that are on the phone a lot. One of them has a limited vocabulary that almost exclusively relies on a bad word that starts with 's.' The people are nice though. They call me 'new guy number two' and talk to me for no reason sometimes. I had my first day on Thursday and went to a Ranger's game after work with Kim and her family. Check the pictures page. I forgot my camera, but it's still awesome.

My second job is only a weekend gig. It's something I'm familiar with and I know a lot of the people I'm working with. Doesn't pay as much, but it's some extra income. I'll probably work this until I go back to school, but the other one is about 2 weeks because I'll have to cut it short to study for the GRE- signed up to take on September 3rd. I'll be a busy, busy man. Here is my schedule for the next few days:

Saturday after work I'm hitting a water park with Kim and Heather. I also gave Kim her birthday present, over 2 months late. But it is so awesome that it didn't matter. Her mom this it's cool also.

Yep I got back from Hot Springs today. Only took 4.5 hours to drive back. I'll get the pictures up some time soon. Tomorrow my good buddy Josh is coming back in town on break for a while from the Air Force. I've seen him maybe once in the past year and a half due to his station being in Alaska. A few years ago, we modified a guitar terribly and called it 'Frankenstein.' I think we may work on it some more while he's here. We messed up the paint job pretty bad back then- it looks like somebody peed all over the blue paint. I never peed on it so I know it isn't my fault. GRE studying and music to go down this week.

Wasn't able to get the tubing pictures, I'll have to get them when I come back from Hot Springs. I'm leaving Friday around 10 and getting back Monday some time in the afternoon. Bunch of family is getting together to waterski and engage in recreational activities on a lake. I'll have Hot Springs pics up soon after I return. Don't you worry. You know what's cool? Studying for the GRE (Graduate Record Examination) which is what I'll be doing. It's the test you take to get into graduate school. Muz is gone for 3 weeks, but time will pass as this weekend is going to be fun. Then next weekend is water park fun although I will mourn Landy's lack of presence. It is understood. Be back before you know it.

Pictures from tubing are getting developed. Life is eventful. 2 jobs lined up and got my license. Summer school succesfully ended and I'm recording phat music with my friend John. Spending a lot of time in many places. When Muz came back, I spent a few days over at his place over the 4th of July weekend and he spent a night over. Then the next week was the trip to CS where I spent 2 nights with Landy and Eric then one night with Muz once I got back. I leave for Hot Springs on Friday and will get back Sunday or Monday. 3 weekends in a row of not being home. Then Landy is supposed to come in town and that involves a baseball game and a possible day at the waterpark. I'll be able to give Kim her PHAT bday present even though it is over 2 months late. But it is so awesome that it could be 2 years late and all would be forgotten. Plus she gets the prize for posting first. Hopefully not 2 months late though.

CS page will get done some time and the pictures from tubing will go up whenever the waterproof disposable camera gets developed. Overall this was an amazing trip.
